I'd just like to say thanks for the invite to the ATN Golf Tournament.....thanks for getting me a spot in a group of great guys - we had a lot of fun even though the weather felt like we were in a sauna……the reception was great, especially the auctioneer Brandon.....already looking forward to next year.

It supplements our seniors program and the support we offer to Persons With Disabilities at Tanys Quesnel Living Learning Centre and in our Access Lab.
We use it to assist our clients who need a little extra support – bus tickets, work boots, lunch – movie passes for the kids summer camp etc.

ATN's 12th Annual Charity Golf Tournament
took place Monday, July, 5th 2010
at the Forest City National Golf Course

| First, we would like to express our gratitude to Forest City National Golf Club for being such a gracious host.
Of particular interest to the seasoned golfer, the course is exceptional, offering multiple challenges that can test the more experienced golfer but is still a fun place for those of us who have not mastered all the techniques.
Your venue offers a luxurious charm with views of nature at its best. The buffet with its done to perfection roast beef and delectable salads once again rivaled the most elite dining experiences available in London.
You've captured a truly wonderful and luxurious atmosphere!

Thank you Golfers for making our Tournament a Huge Success!
|
|
We couldn't have a Golf Tournament with no players!
Monday July 5th, marked the beginning of an extreme heatwave that blanketed most of Ontario and Quebec with hot and humid temperatures reaching as high as 34 degrees. With a high humidex making it feel more like mid 40's, our 116 Golfers braved the heat and played through the full 18 holes of Golf.
Thank you also to our volunteers who donated their time and efforts
to look after the behind the scenes set up.
From the Administrative Team at ATN, we want to give a huge thank you to Our Executive Director "Vicki Mayer" for her continuing efforts in sustaining partnerships with local businesses who faithfully support us in this yearly fundraiser.
Together we raised over $11,000 dollars which will go to provide and expand our programs geared to enhancing the quality of life of persons with disabilities.
We want to express our sincere thanks to everyone who participated in this year's tournament.
